Shop Threshold Mosaic Commission
When David Le Masurier opened his new bakery in Cardiff, he wanted the entrance to feature a threshold mosaic, in keeping with the style of the property. It was also a way of expressing his commitment to the long-term future of his new establishment and a daily reminder to customers that they were entering the premises of a quality purveyor of baked goods. David supplied the design to me and I made the mosaic at my studio with the help of artist Karen Allerton. We installed the completed mosaic in March 2016.
