In response to the growing interest, Tracey is now introducing a set of “Schools Specials” Mosaic Kit Packages for schools to invest in and use with successive classes in any chosen year group for years to come.
About the packages
Each “Schools Special” package contains sufficient materials to work with a given number of pupils at one time (5, 10, 15) The children will need a significant amount of assistance at certain stages in the process, so teachers may prefer to work with smaller groups or perhaps invite parents in to school for the morning to help out.
Included in all of the packages is a teacher’s ‘Test-it-First’ kit and full instructions, including an internet video demonstration link, so that teachers can try out the technique themselves first and plan the activity with confidence.
A generous quantity of frost resistant ceramic tile pieces are supplied and further ‘refill’ kits can be purchased for future use of the basic kit.
