Mosaic Stepping Stone Workshop At Hulme Community Garden Centre Saturday 26th May 2012

A one day course in the stimulating setting of Hulme Community Garden Centre, based in the new straw bail classroom, during which you will design and make a durable mosaic concrete stepping stone for your garden. All the materials and equipment will be provided, including Cinca frost resistant ceramic tiles in a broad palette of colours. The stepping stones will be cast on the day and left to cure. They will have to be collected by arrangement at a later date. This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills in a supportive and friendly group with lots of expert help and guidance. Saturday May 26th 2012 10.00am - 4.00pm Tea and coffee will be provided. Please bring your own lunch. There is a cafe across the road or you can eat your lunch in the gardens or classroom, depending on the weather. An apron or overalls would be useful, otherwise please wear old clothes.
